Hi,

tin anyone aid me with my issue, my gear s3 was working perfectly till last calendar month. I didn't discover information technology but it stopped recording my steps, heartrate and floors count. I tried to bank check but all of the sensors stopped working. I recall it happened after an update. I tried to contact with Samsung Care, they asked me to reset my device, which I did many time just didn't get the sensors to work. After that they said that they accept to open the device and check what's the trouble. In my country I don't believe them. So please allow me know if there's any other mode to fix it.

Same trouble here, mine stopped working yesterday. I am from Peru merely bought the watch via Amazon in the Usa. Did yous accept whatever luck repairing information technology?

Nevertheless no luck with the sensors. It sucks. I'yard really disappointed. And no one is there for the aid.

Whatsoever luck notwithstanding? If we roll back to tizen ii.10 via NetODIN, does it piece of work? Does such update void warranty?

Same trouble, sensors like wrist wake upward, middle rate monitoring etc are not working later on the latest update.

I besides did multiple picket reset, factory reset, cleared both gear app & plugins data.

Nonetheless, my friend'due south scout is working even after this update, we bought it together. And then, it happened to few unlucky ones simply.

The simply difference between our sentinel is MCU version (checked using examination mode, sensor hub, *#0*#):

My MCU version is BRO10 (Status: Neglect) where as his MCU version is BR0118032200 (Condition: Laissez passer).

I remember this is the probable cause, may be my update was non applied well or fully since nosotros have exact same spotter brought from same place at same time.

Hope next update will fix it.

I took my watch to Samsung store, they weren't sure what the problem was. They wanted to send it to hardware store and open it and bank check the trouble. I refused because I'1000 ok that my watch's sensors aren't working over losing the h2o proofing upon opening it.

I bought this watch in Singapore and unfortunately I am exterior and dont live in that location. I am yet willing to send it for a repair over there but I am having such a hard time and bad customer service like you have never seen.. I told them I am willing to bear all shipping costs and so my family will selection it up. This watch was bought there and stopped working subsequently 3 days of use. Information technology has full warranty and proof of buy. This is nonsense and the level of service there is crap . None comparison to the US. I feel helpless. I am almost on the border of throwing this sentinel away, because I dont meet how I will get proper support to e'er fix it.. Extremely disappointing. I had Huwawei sentry ii and it works like a charm. Was a big mistake to motility on to this Galaxy Frontier...

Here is an update. Finally managed to ship the watch overseas for repair. I believe that board was replaced. All is ok finally!! Scout and sensors piece of work corking.

I have the same issue too. When i turn on the watch it works fine but after a while the sensor tilts and the tracking steps, 60 minutes and wrist unlock not work any more.
Reboot the watch and happen the same.

I think that is not a HW fault altough Samsung supplant motherboard. Notwithstanding looking for a solution.

Tizen 3.two caused a ton of issues... Gotta look for new update. A ton of S3 watches have been impacted but they're taking their time to correct as all focus is on the Galaxy Lookout man now..

Just when someone take his watch to samsung repair service their exchange the motherboard, it seems to be a HW mistake.

I hope a new update fix this issue.

But I take not flashed nor updated to higher Firmware as CRH1...

So I """need""" somebody who is able to cheque Combination Firmware(s)...

Again. I have no bug with my sensors... I am trying only to help.
